Gosh.. Finally Some hate post!
I really beh tahan this two telecom provider...
Why?
I'll tell why grrrr! Thinking of it makes my
blood boil >.>
Okay so on Sunday we decided to change my Line provider from
DiGi to
Maxis... So we went to
DiGi to change my name to my Mum's name
And we did everything that was necessary at
Maxis too.
And so we waited... and I called
Maxis to ask why my line hasn't been changed yet
And then the operator told me it will require 18 working hours maximum..
Fair enough..So we waited till Tuesday morning and yet no answer from either party
So on Wednesday my Mum contacted and then i finally received an SMS from
DiGI.. telling me that my Request to transfer has failed...
And my mum called
DiGI up...
It seemed that
DiGi has mis-registered my Mum's IC..
Bloody Pokgai right? wtf... At least let us know abit earlier can?
Dah-lah already late..and some more they Mis-registered..so wtf...
So nevermind.. my Mum had to waste her time to go
Re-register again DUE to their STUPID mistake...
Damn pathethic...
So fine nevermind...We did it again and reregistered..
And today... I got a message from
Maxis..
Everything went well..they acknowledeged my request
And then
DiGi sent an SMS saying Request cancelled..
Wow I went
balistic..
I was about to burst to
rage..
SO BLOODY ASS-ed Pokgai!
1 bloody week already!
And now they cancelled for no reason?
Tried to call their service centre to no avail
They dont have operator service only automated shits
WHAT KINDA TELCO DON'T HAVE OPERATORS?
fucken dumb..
So nevermind..
My mum had to go waste her time AGAIN
To go to
DiGi centre in pavillion and now
They told her that it is done..and to wait 2 more days..
But again..I have a Good feeling it is going to fail again..
I was so ready to bomb their operator today..
Lucky for them I couldnt get to their operator services..
I was so angry that I was prepared to Scream and Yell
At their Automated shits.. wtf...
So We'll see again in two days time..
And I'll be having youth camp too...
So if got emergency I going to die la...
Damn betul...
1 Word of advise to all Telco Operators here in Malaysia..
Make sure you can deliver what you promised..
If you can't then don't do it at all..
You guyz are the ultimate disgrace!
DiGi I as hopping you can get the 3G Licence from the government..
But after experiencing this kind of services from you
I thank the Government for not giving you the 3G licence
Maxis you never bothered to inform your clients
Or update them on the progress..
Whatever happened to your Clients priorioty?
Your operator was the shit when I called him on Wednesday..
He sounds so damn sluggish and its as if he has no motivation to work
If only I got his name..I'll put it here.. but I didn't...
DAMNNN HENG!!!!! grrrrr
Seriously man.. Up the services....
And seriously man.. my line has better be up by Tuesday!
Or else I'll personally go to whichever is causing me problems
And give you a piece of my mind..
