How accurate do you think information elicited from torture really is?
Do you think torture is right?
What about the ticking time bomb scenario?

Say your family is in danger from a hidden bomb in your house
They can't get out as all exit points have been barred
Your dad knows all about diffusing bombs but does not know the location of the bomb
You have a probable culprit strapped in a chair in front of you
Would you torture him to make him reveal the location of the bomb?

Is the right of one person equivalent to your many more others' rights?
How would you justify your position to torture?
